In today’s increasingly competitive world, it is not enough just to have qualifications. Universities, apprenticeship providers and employers want you to have a range of other skills.
Independence, team working, communication and problem solving skills are developed through enrichment activities. They will make you a more competitive and confident applicant whichever route you decide on after college.
It is also important to have hobbies and interests to combat the stress of exams, competing for university places, homework or assessments, as well as to meet new people and to socialise!
The minimum we expect you to do is to complete:
- Two 6 week enrichment modules
- One term long activity
- One year long activity
We set you the challenge of taking enrichment activities in 2 or 3 different pathways.
